About Dr. Lauren Oberstein-Pennetti, D.C.
Dr. Lauren was born and raised in beautiful San Diego. She left California in 2006 to study at the University of Arizona. During this time, she studied abroad in Barcelona and spent 8 months living and volunteering in the Middle East. After traveling the world, she moved to Georgia to study Chiropractic at Life University. Dr. Lauren knew she wanted to be a Chiropractor from a very young age. Both of her parents are chiropractors and she has been getting adjusted since the day she was born. Furthermore, her passion and purpose in life is to share with others what she knows to be true about our bodies and health.
Dr. Lauren graduated from Life University Cum Laude and took additional courses in Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractic Care. She knows from first-hand experience how beneficial chiropractic care is for people, especially babies and children. Her knowledge includes several gentle, low-force pediatric adjusting techniques as well as the Webster Technique. In addition, she has acquired advanced training in a very specific analysis called the Zone Healing Technique. This analysis is used on people of all ages to help restore proper communication between the brain and the body. This type of work addresses physical, chemical, emotional and structural stresses that contribute to a variety of health concerns.
A true Californian, Dr. Lauren can be found at the beach with her husband, Dr. Matt, or at unique restaurants trying new, delicious food.
